Six-stage delivery process

Diagnosis

Pain-point diagnosis + data baseline measurement — we agree with the customer to "measure first, then calculate": collect baseline data first, then discuss improvement targets and scope.

Pilot

When the scope can be circled, start with a small-scale pilot and agree on acceptance criteria first; cycles and indicators without confirmed values are confirmed by both parties after investigation.

Implementation & commissioning

Start with standardized engineering templates (I/O allocation / point list / network topology / screen specification first), using platform assets to reduce delivery risk; for retrofit projects, construction is managed without stopping production.

Acceptance documentation

Documentation itself is a deliverable — per the contract and project scope, deliver the user manual, database table specification, interface specification, point list atlas and other agreed materials, supporting the customer's future management, queries and extensions; the specific list follows the technical agreement.

Annual maintenance

Standardized maintenance contracts, year-by-year rolling maintenance checklists, annual maintenance report templates — O&M is quantifiable and assessable. Decade-level continuous service records on file.

Expansion

Advance phase-two expansion based on project scope and on-site assessment, prioritizing compatibility with existing investments.
