Manufacturing digitalization solution provider · Since 2009 · Five-layer full stack, delivered by one partner

ORPAON

Shanghai Chengxuan Intelligent is a manufacturing digitalization solution provider that has been deeply engaged in industrial automation and IT since 2009.

With equipment data collection and SCADA host PC software as its technical foundation, the company has built a five-layer full-stack capability system — shop-floor control, data collection, monitoring platform, information systems, and intelligence. Core business covers equipment networking and MES, WMS warehousing and material replenishment, standard machine software, machine vision and quality traceability, energy management and energy storage EMS, facility FMCS, data analytics and manufacturing Agents, pump station remote monitoring, test and measurement platforms, and digital twins with remote O&M.

Since 2009, the company has accumulated 160+ projects and solution practices across 11 key industry directions plus cross-industry platform capability, built up 350,000+ engineering and documentation assets, and demonstrated the ability to handle large-scale engineering — nearly 80,000 variables in a single project, 366 devices networked on the same network, and governance of nearly 30,000 alarm points — while maintaining a decade of partnership-based service and an annual maintenance system.

Brand story: a long-term practice that began with one LED screen

Born of IT systems, tempered by smart manufacturing practice, now moving into manufacturing + AI large models — this is the path Chengxuan has walked since 2009.

In 2009 we started from the fundamentals of the industrial shop floor — PLC engineering, host PC software, equipment networking. In those days, factory digitalization began with "making machines speak": a production line board, a data collection point, one networked legacy machine.

The real turning point came on a washing machine production line. Around 2015, a Japanese-invested home appliance group's line needed nothing more than an LED screen — and we turned that screen into a starting point. Over the following decade, from OPC data integration to whole-line MES, from motor assembly test benches to facility energy management, the system evolved year by year along the existing architecture. Those ten years convinced us of one thing: manufacturing digitalization is not a one-off transaction, but a long-term, partnership-based engineering endeavor.

Turning "invisible losses" into "measurable gains" — downtime, waiting, mismatches, degradation, energy consumption: these losses hide on the shop floor, and we use collection, monitoring, traceability and analytics to build verifiable grounds for improvement. This is Chengxuan's methodology, and the way we collaborate with customers over the long term.

Today we bring the same methodology into the AI era: manufacturing Agents (digital employees) connected to production line data and enterprise knowledge bases, AI-SOP visual error-proofing making real-time judgments at assembly workstations, and energy storage AI dispatch suggestions running in shadow-validation mode — AI proposes first, people decide, and every step counts.

Milestones (2009–2026 · three phases)

PhasePeriodMilestones
Phase 1 · Informatization2009–2014Start of industrial automation and IT systems: PLC engineering and host PC software; early projects delivered including end-of-line vehicle inspection and production line monitoring.
Phase 2 · Smart manufacturing practice2015–2024Formed a decade of service with a Japanese-invested home appliance group (starting from a single-line LED screen → whole-line MES, evolving continuously along existing systems); capability platformization (WeChat alarm push, industrial camera controls, OPC UA/MQTT, OEE model line); transition to modern .NET/WPF architecture with control-management integrated standard machine software; the on-site EMS edition gathered deployment evidence, while Web / cross-platform forms progressed according to their own status; tire curing MES replicated across multiple sites of a group.
Phase 3 · Manufacturing + AI large models2025–2026In-house productization: SPC statistical engine, AI-SOP layer-by-layer inspection deployed route, manufacturing Agent (digital employees), energy storage AI dispatch suggestions (shadow validation with human confirmation); motion recognition, VM plugin and cross-platform EMS are advancing within R&D / joint-validation boundaries.

What makes us different

In manufacturing, profit is shifting from "making one more piece" to "losing nothing" — not one downtime event, not one traceability record, not one kilowatt-hour, not one chance to avoid an incident. Since 2009 we have done just one thing: turn the invisible losses on the plant floor into measurable gains.

A dual automation + IT background — we master both PLC/electrical/fieldbus (automation) and software/platform/data (IT). One team connects everything from shop-floor control to information systems, so customers never have to hand off between an automation company and a software company.

Three "dares"

Our engineering philosophy

Dare to write it into the contract

Key indicators such as outage backfill collection and alarm accuracy — we dare to make them acceptance clauses in the technical agreement.

Dare to let time judge

Ten years of service, annual maintenance — long cycles are a reliable credential.

Dare to face audits

Within the project scope we can provide the agreed delivery documentation and interface specifications, and cooperate with factory audits, acceptance and third-party assessments; specific conclusions rest on project evidence.
