Water & Environment
With pump station group-control templates and Industrial IoT (IIoT) gateway cloud connectivity, move from complaint-driven response to proactive O&M.
Industry pain points
- Pump stations are scattered across the city; 24-hour staffing costs are high.
- Failures surface only through resident complaints; waterlogging and overflow response is reactive.
- Site equipment mixes brands, protocols and vintages, and data cannot reach the cloud.
Our solution
- Pump station group-control SCADA: standard group-control templates for single-station standard units (process screens / alarm governance / reports), with alarm classification, reset archiving and event management experience from large projects with nearly 30,000 alarm points.
- IoT gateway cloud connectivity: gateways with built-in Web configuration pages and one-click export of device address tables; ModbusTCP integration with MQTT/REST dual-channel cloud upload; a security system covering gateway certificates / client certificates / self-signed certificates.
- Template-based multi-site replication: standard station template → address table export → gateway integration → platform aggregation; templates reduce repeated design, but delivery timelines and costs for specific sites must be evaluated against interfaces, site conditions and acceptance scope.
- Smart drainage and supervision: smart drainage assessment, smart fire hydrant supervision platform (multi-channel push via SMS/WeChat), 3D process rendering (aerial / process / security three-view templates).
Representative projects
- A water utility's pump station: IoT gateway integration, ModbusTCP data collection, MQTT cloud upload and address table planning confirmed; the implemented scope is the single Wuhu pump station gateway.
Multi-city archival, single-station group control, multi-site SCADA, dual channels and certificate configuration belong to different solutions and engineering assets and do not mean all of them are deployed; unmanned operation modes and alarm timeliness are target values and must be verified in specific projects.
Capability extensions
- Store-and-forward, unmanned stations, equipment full lifecycle management (ETM).
- AI fault prediction (reserve direction).
