  • CAN/LIN test bench software: automotive thermal management / compressor / ECU durability test platforms — automatic execution of multi-step duty cycles (constant / cyclic / cyclic with gradient), synchronized control of program-controlled instruments and PLCs, TDMS high-speed recording and database dual channel, LIN SDF/DBC message parsing; switching machine models changes configuration, not code.
  • Test line digitalization: unified OPC UA collection, 1:1 digital twin (~20ms refresh), personnel positioning with unauthorized-access alarms, remote commissioning / programming / maintenance (3G/4G/Ethernet).
